THANKS A MILLION!

A job well done as CGC gains praise from grateful tenant

CGC earned a pat on the back this week after a Renfrewshire tenant praised the work carried out on her home.

The kind-hearted tenant wrote to CGC commenting on the “brilliant” timber preservation work in her bathroom.

CGC has thanked the tenant in question saying how much we appreciate her generous words of thanks.

Leo Reilly, Managing Director of CGC, said: “We are really appreciative of the kind words from this lady who took the time and trouble to write to us with her generous praise. Our skilled staff always place great emphasis not just on the quality of the work but in leaving the location in great condition while minimising the disruption to the tenant.

We are very grateful that this has been recognised and we have passed on these comments to the team. It is further evidence of the values of CGC that we always treat customers with respect and provide the highest quality of workmanship”

This is the message that we received:

I am emailing with regards to the recent bathroom refurbishment works.

I would like to thank all the workmen who visited my home and contributed to the works that took place. They were all extremely pleasant and hard working. They took time to clear up after themselves and at no point in the time they were here, did they leave a mess or have any debris trail around my home. They took time to answer any questions and concerns I raised and kept me informed of the works throughout.

They were all brilliant and I appreciate the care they have taken in refurbishing my bathroom. They are all a credit to your organisation and I would not hesitate to recommend CGC thanks to the workmanship and professionalism demonstrated by your staff.

Thank you very much for all you have done, it took a while to get the work started due to the restrictions but now it’s completed, I am extremely pleased.
